RETURN POLICY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be :

  • unused, unaltered and unwashed
  • in this original state, with all original packaging and labelling in good condition

EXCHANGE PROCESS
COLOR EXCHANGE
Item(s) bought can be exchanged for a different color. Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your return depending on the stock availability of your new item(s).

In order to get a refund, you will need to follow the instructions included in your parcel. Returns are free of charge from Portugal. Return from outside Portugal are at your charge. In this case, you are responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse, don’t forget to keep a proof of delivery, in case there is any issue.

ITEM(S) EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange something for a different model, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

REFUNDS PROCESS
In order to get a refund, you need to follow the instructions included in your confirmation email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 5 business days for your return and refund to be processed at Lou Chartres. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to credit this transaction to your account.

If your order is returned from Portugal, your order will be fully refunded. If your order is returned from outside Portugal, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
